ABC Learning Centres (ABC) was started in 1988 by Eddy and Dr Le Neve Groves and quickly became a growing business, providing childcare services in a number of centres across Australia.
ABC is now the world’s largest publicly traded childcare provider, with over 1000 centres in Australia and New Zealand, over 1000 centres in the United States and another recent acquisition in the United Kingdom.
ABC Learning Centres is a majority equity holder of Mediasphere and Mediasphere’s BroadLEARN™ Early Learning Program is used in all centres as part of the Lifesmart™ Curriculum.

Institute of Continuing and TESOL Education – University of Queensland (ICTE-UQ)

Located on the University of Queensland's main St Lucia campus, the TESOL division of ICTE-UQ was established under a grant from the Australia-Japan Foundation in 1981 as the first ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) centre in the state of Queensland and one of the first six ELICOS centres in Australia.
The Institute's TESOL division has gained considerable recognition and acknowledgment in the fields of English language training and TESOL teacher training and professional development both in national and international contexts since the mid-1980s. The Continuing Education division of ICTE-UQ has developed extensive experience in short course educational travel, community education and continuing professional/vocational/technical education programs.
The Institute has also established a strong reputation for the development and delivery of quality support services and tailor-made study tour and customised training programs. Each year, more than 7,000 international and domestic students, teachers, tourists, professionals and community people from 35+ countries participate in ICTE-UQ programs and services.
ICTE-UQ is the key content partner for Mediasphere’s leading English language products. Mediasphere and ICTE partner to develop new and innovative programs. In November 2007, the consortium launched the new online software program – BroadLEARN™ IELTS
